Shipping Policy

 

HiMantisplace.com ships via the U.S. Post Office.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you are ordering Mantis click on the express shipping option, If you are just ordering supplies, click on the priority option. You need only choose the shipping option once, as submitting more than once will result in extra shipping amounts!

You choose how you want your Non-Mantis orders to ship. You may upgrade your shipping to Express by adding that shipping to your cart.

We guarantee live delivery if you sign for the package. We will replace or refund  at our digressions. Carrier delays or mistakes in the handling of your shipment must be handled between you and the carrier.

If for some reason a mantis arrives dead we ask that you send pictures of it with your email.

Live shipments ship only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

We strive to be fair with all our shipping costs. Our shipping pricing is based on an average size order. If you order large quantities the standard shipping may not apply. Please contact us in this case.

Items being sent international require additional charges, Please email me for a quote.

There is no guarantee on the sex of nymphs, unless pairs are being offered.
