Origin: Southern United States of America. Common name: Brunners mantis, grass mantis,  stick mantis.

Brunneria borealis Ootheca

  • Adults get 6" + long. They are green, pink, with wings when adult. These guys are large and have nice long antennas. Reproduction consists of parthenogenesis. Nymphs hatch from the oothecae over a period of time, & take a long time to hatch. They prefer to be kept at 80°R or thereabouts. Native to the U.S. Pics coming soon.
