A small mantis reaching about 2" and very docile. The males are about the same size as the females. This species is kept as a pet only and can not be released in the U. S. They eat house flies and Blue Bottle flies along with crickets and the occasional mealworm. A good size container for this species is the Medium Round or Small Round.
